Kudu - Forst Eibenstein
The Kudu is one of the largest and most striking antelope species found in Namibia. The males are distinguished by their twisted, spiral-shaped horns that can reach lengths of up to 1.87 meters. They have a gray-brown coat with prominent white stripes along their flanks. Standing at a shoulder height of approximately 1.4 to 1.6 meters and weighing around 180 to 315 kilograms, Kudus are truly impressive animals. They are renowned for their agility and their ability to conceal themselves in dense bushland.
