Upon singling out their target, these hyenas engage in pursuit, often covering considerable distances of several kilometers, reaching speeds of up to 60 km/h.
Adult individuals typically possess a body length ranging from 95 to 165.8 cm, with a shoulder height of 70 to 91.5 cm.
